Day of Your Appointment: Address sent via reminder email & text 24 hrs prior — make sure your phone and email on file are correct. Arrive with detangled hair. You have a 15-min grace period; after that your appointment will be rescheduled or cancelled. A $50 fee applies to all cancellations and reschedules.
Deposits: A deposit is required immediately upon booking — no deposit, no appointment. Cash App: $niqniq3 · Cash App is the only online payment accepted at this time.
New clients: $52 nonrefundable · Returning clients: $27 nonrefundable · $25 goes toward your service; $2 covers Cash App fees.

Yes — silk press services are available in Hoffman Estates, IL, with packages starting at $110 for returning clients. New clients typically start with the Queens Wear Crowns package for a full wash, treatment, cut, and press.
Yes — sew-in extensions are a signature service, including the Signature Sew-In and Versatile Sew-In packages. Hair/bundles are not included and must be provided separately.
Twist outs, braid outs, wash/dry/trim, deep conditioning, and healthy-hair maintenance packages are all available, tailored to your hair's needs.
